It benefits both the landlord and the tenant to have an independent, unbiased record of the property before and after the tenancy. It’s easy to get along when everyone agrees - but if there are any conflicts, it’s important for you both to have an independent third party to turn to in order to clarify any issues.

 

Ingoing Inventories and Final Checkout Inspections

Unbiased record of the contents of a property and their condition to be performed at the beginning and end of a tenancy for deposit purposes

10% of monthly rent + VAT (minimum charge £50 + VAT)

Interim Property Inspections

Video inspection of a property and its condition during the tenancy. Video and any flagged issues are provided in the report

£30 + VAT
